This course uses a series of interlinking principles that connect all of the experiments to help students understand key concepts. These concepts cover the structure and properties of matter and chemical reactions, including physical and chemical changes, different types of chemical reactions, and the regrouping of atoms. Students will also gain experience in developing and using models. By the end of the course, students will have experience in observing, explaining, and predicting changes in chemical processes.
