How to make a bath bomb from soda, salt and citric acid
How can you make a bath bomb in 15 minutes? It’s very easy, you can find all the ingredients in the kitchen! In this lifehack/experiment, we’ll show you how to make fizzy bombs from soda, salt and citric acid.
Reagents and equipment:
- baking soda (200 g);
- citric acid (100 g);
- salt (50 g);
- olive oil (24 ml);
- essential oil (0.5 ml);
- food coloring;
- wooden spatula;
- ice tray;
- glass bowls.
Step-by-step instructions
Place baking soda, citric acid and table salt in a large bowl. Stir the dry mixture thoroughly. Divide the mixture into two parts, to make bombs of different colors. As a moisturizing agent, add olive oil, and essential oil to provide an aroma. Add the food coloring and stir the mixture thoroughly. Pour the mixture into the ice tray and place in the freezer. In 10 minutes our bombs are ready! You can throw them into a hot bath and enjoy the colorful and aromatic bombs fizzing in the water.
