Ordering
Please send all subscription or bundle purchase orders to homeschool@melscience.com.
After your purchase order has been received and processed (allow 7 days), you will receive the first package within 7–14 days. All other packages will be shipped monthly. You’ll receive one kit by the end of each month. Bundles will be delivered within 2–3 weeks of processing.
When submitting a purchase order, please clarify if you are a first-time customer or are renewing a subscription.
Please note that we ship from overseas. The first package will include COD (~CAN$20). Subsequent packages likely won’t include COD. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties at checkout.
The first package will arrive within 4–5 weeks from the shipping date and will have a tracking number. All following monthly packages will be delivered by the end of each month without tracking numbers. In order to place a purchase order, please reach out to your school representative.

MEL Science offers educational subscription boxes with breathtaking hands-on experiments powered by immersive augmented reality/virtual reality lessons and pre-recorded video lessons.
If you were previously subscribed to our products, please note this on your purchase order. For chemistry subscriptions, please clarify whether or not you need a new Starter Kit. Subscriptions do not renew automatically.

MEL Chemistry – ages 10–16+
2–3 experiments per month , VR lessons, and pre-recorded video lessons.
MEL Physics – ages 8–14+
Hands-on experiments, VR lessons, and pre-recorded video lessons. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. VR headsets not included.
MEL STEM – ages 5–9+
STEM projects accompanied by an augmented reality mobile app. Subscriptions do not renew automatically.
