  Clear plastic straw
  crushed ice( from a fridge)
  cold and hot water
  two or more food colorings
  baking soda
  citric acid
  bath or body thermometer
  Plastic water bottle
  Modeling clay
  a piece of cardboard
  salt
  a glass
