Reagents and equipment
- glass container;
- 500g sea salt;
- 1 tbsp dried chamomile;
- 1 tbsp dried mint;
- 1 tbsp dried thyme;
- 2-3 rosebuds;
- lemon zest.
Step-by-step instructions
Combine the sea salt, dried chamomile, mint, thyme, rose petals, and lemon zest. Mix thoroughly. Your bath salts are ready! Store in a dry place.
Sea salt is rich in trace elements such as:
- iodine (involved in thyroid gland function),
- calcium (involved in bone and muscle tissue construction),
- magnesium (helps absorb trace elements and vitamins)
- and many others.
Process description
Blood vessels dilate in hot water, which allows microelements to be absorbed more easily. Moreover, sea salt baths help relieve muscle tension. Chamomile, mint, and thyme have antibacterial properties and soothe the skin. The essential oils in lemon zest lift the mood.
