Safety precautions

Avoid swallowing the toothpaste

Warning! Only under adults supervision.

Reagents and equipment:

  • 50 g of baking soda;
  • 20 ml of glycerin;
  • 15 ml 3% hydrogen peroxide solution;
  • 15 ml of water;
  • 1 drop of mint flavoring;
  • mixing bowl;
  • container for the toothpaste.

Step-by-step instructions

Stir the baking soda, glycerin, hydrogen peroxide, water and flavoring until a thick paste forms. Pour the mixture into the container and keep in a cool dark place.

Processes description

Particles of baking soda act as an abrasive and remove plaque, and the glycerin makes the mixture paste-like. Hydrogen peroxide kills bacteria and eliminates bad breath. The mint flavoring gives the paste a pleasant taste.
