Pour some cit­ric acid on a spilled egg white. Af­ter just a few min­utes, it’s easy to wipe ev­ery­thing up!

Egg white is al­ka­line and con­tains oval­bu­min pro­tein. When cit­ric acid is added, the al­ka­line en­vi­ron­ment is neu­tral­ized, even be­com­ing more acidic, and the egg white de­na­tures!
