In this lesson, we will conduct a "Lava Lamp" DIY experiment. Prepare household materials shown below.

DIY Meterials

  vegetable oil
  water
  fizzy tablets
  plastic bottle 0.5 l
  glass
  teaspoon
  scissors
  salt
  corn syrup (optional)
  strong alcohol (optional)
  baking soda (optional)
  food coloring (optional)
